Eight persons – S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z are staying on different floors of an Eight-storeyed building, but not necessary in the same order. The lower most floor of the building is numbers as Floor- No.1. The floor above it is numbered as Floor-No.2 and so on. The top floor is numbered as Floor-No.8.
Each person is working in the different departments – Personnel, Marketing, Sales, Advertisement, Accounts, Administration, Technical and Revenue, but not necessary in the same order.
U is not working in the Accounts department and not staying on the Floor-No.4. X is staying on the floor just above S. X is staying on the even numbered floor. X is not working in the Administration department. Only one person is staying between the persons working in the Revenue and the Personnel departments. The person working in the Revenue department is staying just above the person working in the Accounts department.
The person working in the Revenue department is staying on the even numbered floor, but not on the 2nd floor. Two persons are staying between T and the person working in the Marketing department. The person working in the Marketing department is not staying on the lower most floor. V is staying exactly above T. V is staying on an odd numbered floor. T is not working in the Advertisement department. Only three persons are staying between W and the person working in the Technical department.
Z is staying on the sixth floor. Only three persons are staying between Z and the person working in the Advertisement department. W is staying exactly below the person working in the Advertisement department.
