O speaks Spanish. D speaks neither Urdu not French. A speaks Chinese. Q & T speak Russian & Thai respectively & two persons are sitting between them. E speaks Hindi, who is facing the person speaking Maxican. F speaks English, who is facing O, who is second to the left of T, who does not know French. P is sitting third to the right of S, who speaks Korean. P & S are not sitting at the extreme ends of the rows. C is not the nearest neighbour of E & A. C speaks German & he is sitting third to the left of B. R speaks Maxican. C is at the second position from the left of F.
